Very good item. The only one slight drawback is the process of pairing the remote to the fan
Did not like the idea of pairing the remote to the fan especially pairing more than one remote to a single fan. This in fact can cause some unwanted unexpected results as a remote operated in another room can change the speed of the fan in your room if that remote is paired with your fan earlier. Not a good idea and is not required at all. Other than that the fan is very good and impressive.

Highly Dissatisfied with the Product Performance & Service Support
Had bought the fan considering the brand name of Crompton & 5 year Warranty, but the fan stopped running within 3 months from the purchase date. Raised a Service Request immediately, but the Crompton Service person came for inspecting the fan only on the 3rd day. It was informed that the PCB of the fan has gone defective & needs to be replaced. Four days have already passed & the Fan is lying defective as no spare PCB is available with the Crompton Service Centre at Puri, Odisha. Only God can say when the Fan will be repaired. Highly disatisfied with the Product Performance & Service Support.More than 10 days have already passed since the Service Request was raised & the defect is yet to be rectified. Really disgusting. If I had time, I would have certainly sued Crompton in Consumer Court.

Power efficient
I am using it since last year 2023 and its working very smoothly. Its value for money product, its a bldc fan, speed is superb, noise is of wind that blows faster than normal fans. Does not require any regulator, it adjust its speed automatically although one can use regulator also. I bought it @₹2750/-

Value for money
Good fan, makes less noise. Recommend if you want BLDC fan without Remote

Weird high pitch noise
There is a weird high pitch whining noise, which was unbearable for me. Hence returned the product. I have another brand bldc fan which doesn't have this noise.Also note there is no remote, even if description mention about remote.
