Bought this for my Milwaukee 3/8 impact that has a snap ring. Fits tight and secure and works perfect. I read other reviews saying it doesnt fit well on the Milwaukee 3/8 impact but I have no issues with mine that has a snap ring head.

Another Fantastic Wera Tool
Once you've used a Wera Bit Holder/Adaptor you'll never want to use anything else. Design and engineering fantastic. Load and unload bits with one hand

Securely held all of the bits I own
The media could not be loaded. This was the only bit driver that locked all of the bits that I own. The holding mechanism is two tiny ball bearings but it seems that's the only way to make it work. The adapter may not last a very long time but it's the only one that does the job right, so I will replace it when it fails.

Works, but could be better
The reason it could be better is that it does not fully push upon the tool, there is still space on the tool which would allow farther pushing onto it.

Nothing to complain about. Makes short work for self tapping screws.

Wera delivers another polished product
Is it worth 10x more than the top competing Chinese knockoff? Most certainly not. But it's certainly more refined and if you're using it all the time, you might as well get one that will match the rest of your kit.
