PETZL Tkkina Headlamp 250 Lumen

Really Great unit called the Tikkina by Petzl and only £13 from Amazon UK.The unit is very lightweight and takes 3xAAA batteries (3x Duracells supplied with this unit).I was doubtful that such a small unit would put out 250 lumens but Petzls claims seem to be right.The light output from that little COB led on full brightness setting is amazing. Dont let the size of the LED put you off. Switch has a positive feel and seems like it will last. The latch securing the battery compartment to the front of the unit is plastic and seems strong enough for now but we will see after a years use if it lasts the distance.Use mine for bench electronics jobs/working in ceiling voids and visits to my shed.Very good value indeed at this price.

Already had one of these lights so did not hesitate to purchase another. Use it at night in areas that are dark, and a good product. Reasonably priced, does not shine a long way, but is ideal for shining over short distances. Fits snugly to your head, is lightweight, and is a good security measure in the dark. Really pleased with product, and batteries last as well.

This is perfect for my job, very sturdy lamp, great coverage of light, the best I’ve used so far, a definite buy again if needed.

Bought these for the kids for camping, night hikes with scouts etc and so far they’re ideal. Good brightness, 3 levels with way switching and so far battery life has been good as well.

I used the headtorch for camping and walking in the woods. The light has 3 peer settings. It is really good and exceeded expectations. The battery lasted much longer than expected.

I purchased this headlamp for my primary job as an electrician. It last easily a full 8 hours with the lion battery accessory and is very comfortable for all day wear. It also has a nice rounded back and with extreme double sided tape can easily attach to my hard hat. I would recommend this for any circumstance. PERIOD

I tried an Amazon choice headlamp first but it had a built in motion detector which drove me crazy since it would turn off all by itself when I needed it the most. I returned that to order this one so far it seems quite effective. Has three brightness levels. I like it at the brightest. Takes 3 AA batteries. And it has no motion detector that I can detect anyway. I did some research on Google and they said this is one of best headlamps to be had for the good price.
