Q: How long are these good for once opened?

As these are pickled they last a long time. Same time as olives or pickles in your refrigerator. I love these and use in salads, pasta, antipasto platters and meat dishes. Sweet but not really spicey.

Q: The jar was not sealed correctly and spilled out upon delivery. Will you please replace this item?

If a jar is not sealed when I receive it, I send it back, you would not purchase an unsealed jar in the grocery as you could be subject to bacteria same as in mail order.

Q: Ingredients? Is sugar added?

INGREDIENTS: Red Drop Peppers, Water, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Ascorbic Acid, Calcium Chloride

Q: Do these have seeds in them?

No seeds - great in a salad with a nice punch.
