Great addition to the garage gym
Wanted to add box jumps to my workouts but wanted something that was stable and didn't break the bank. This box is high quality, and offers you three different heights for jumping. Assembly was pretty easy, but would have been even easier with 1 person helping at various stages. With that said, I was still able to put it together myself and feel very safe jumping on it.

Great product. Terrible hardware.
As everyone said, the box itself is really solid, but the screws they include are absolutely horrendous. Thankfully I'd read the reviews and was prepared. As soon as I opened the box though, it was clear that the hardware was terrible. Would have been better for them to not even include. I save all extra hardware and I can't even bring myself to put these screws in a tray.I used #8 x 1 5/8" construction screws with an impact driver and the box is SOLID. Definitely plan ahead and purchase a box of construction screws for this. Happy with the final product. Would have given five stars...

Well constructed
Relatively easy to assemble. Use a good drill. You need to tighten the screws about 60% in, so you can give the box its shape yet still have some give and be able to insert the inner braces. I got the 16/20/24. First create the outer box with the 16 and 20's, then put one of the 24s, insert the inner braces and put the final 24. The pieces lined up very well and once finished it feels very sturdy and stable to jump on to. My 12 year old saw it and challenged me to jump at the 24 inch height. Fortunately I could do it so was able to preserved some dad cred. This seems like a well crafted product. Does not wobble when jump on to it. Much better experience that a competitor's product that I had to return because of horrible workmanship

Love, Love, Love my plyo box!
I received my iheartsynergee box and assembled it quickly with a cordless drill. I will be living and traveling in our 5th wheel and wanted to bring my workouts with me. I have nothing to say bad about the box and actually love it! I do box jumps, step ups, tri dips etc and the box is sturdy and safe. So glad I took a chance on this box as the assembly scared me off a bit, but it was easy, even for a girl that doesn't use tools too much!

Replace cheap screws
Its real nice for the money and super strong. I did use different screws that are a lot stronger than cheap ones provided. I used Grip fast gold triple coated deck screws. #8x1 5/8 long, I also predrilled for bigger and longer screws. I sunk just under flush so maybe 1/64 below surface. I also screwed together the inside boards. I then rounded all the edges with belt sander and stained. Looks and works great. If you have some long clamps to help hold it together that was be a big help when putting it together.

Plyo Box
The plyo box is the next step to getting a better workout! The box itself was easy to put together as well as strong and sturdy but make sure to put it under a mat like described just in case. I was hesitant to get a plyo box but you really can’t beat how it will give more variety for workouts!

Mehhh
So my rating is a 3.5.CONS: It’s a pain to assemble. You need a small impact or driver and you really need a big clamp to hold parts together while you assemble. It was missing screws, but the black drywall screws that came with it worked fine. The edges of the ply will rip/tear as you drag/roll it around your workout area. It’s packed with no protections so any hit to the shipping box will translate to the plywood. Mine had been dropped on a corner so it had some cosmetic damage. The smooth ply will slide on a hard surface so I’m not sure about hardcore jumping.PROS: it is heavy duty. It is hefty. It comes with internal supports that are simply NOT necessary. It’s got more plys than standard plywood (11 vs 7). There is zero flex. Looks good for the moment.TAKEAWAYS: For the same money I’d buy the same sized soft black wrapped Ethos from Dicks and call it a draw.
