8x8 Speed Cube, 8x8 Cube Puzzle Stickerless

It's so cool!! I was shocked how smoothly this block shifts.Caution: DO NOT ACTUALLY USE. Just put it somewhere and look at it. It is impossible to rearrange. And DON'T TRUST THE ONLINE SOLVERS!!! They don't work for a 10x10. Ours accidentally got turned too many times, and we couldn't fix it. I pulled out an online solver, followed the directions, and it made it even worse! I'm not kidding, it literally instructed me to mix it up worse. (Thank goodness it had been changed in such a way that I was able to fix it like a 5x5, but we were lucky because the outside two columns were the only lines that had been messed up.)The Rubik's cube was super awesome, but it was dropped, and half of it exploded. It's so complex inside that there's no way that you can put it back together. (We had previously been able to take apart 3x3s and 4x4s and put them back together solved.)Anything simple happens to it and you're out $70.Like I said, set it somewhere and look at it. It's super super cool.

Regular speed cube but not very fast. The plastic bends very easily so i would recommend treating it nicer.

Despite attempts by the seller to obscure the brand of this 9x9 by not listing the actual brand, what you receive is actually a Qiyi 9x9. Qiyi is a well-known maker of cubes and is a top-flight brand. This 9x9 comes from their "budget" line of puzzles, despite the $49.99 price tag.So what do you get for your money? What you get is a well-built 9x9 that doesn't turn particularly well right out of the box. It comes with very tight spring tensions. The effect of this is to make the layers want to stick together and turn slowly, resulting in a rather unpleasant experience. However, popping off the caps and loosening each screw by about half a turn easily addressed that issue and, though it's common among speedcubers to adjust tensions on puzzles, it's not something I feel a consumer should have to do on a puzzle like this. Still, not a big deal and not one for which I deducted any stars in my review.My only other complaint about the cube itself concerns the plastic colors. Like all Qiyi budget puzzles, this one has pale, pastel colors rather than the more vibrant shades seen on their flagship puzzles, like the X-Man Tornado v2M 3x3. This is obviously a personal preference thing but I prefer their "flagship colors".Where I did deduct a star is concerning the price. The puzzle sells for $49.99 here but sells for $36.99 or even less other places. At $49.99, it's simply not a good value.Overall, however, this is a quality puzzle that's stable and well-made, if a little overpriced. 4/5 stars.

Cube started to fall apart after a few days. Piece of junk.
