These are amazing!Tasty treats and super quick to knock up a tasty ramen.It’s not proper tonkotsu but for a £1 off a packet bowl of soup it beats packet noodle and stock mixes.High in fat though so not one for dieting.

As others have said its packet per person with 270ml of water. The broth is spot on for tonkotsu ramen which I have been craving. The one we usually go to is too far for my pregnant wife and this absolutely hit the spot. We were anticipating it being not as good or not similar but the quality of it is just fantastic.It's expensive for a packet but it's actual food not powder and it would normally take 12 hours minimum to make this broth from scratch. Id say it's value for money given how long it takes to simmer from scratch

Since having pork Tonkotsu in Tokyo we looked at trying to make it, but that's an overnight job with pork bones. This sachet however is exactly this broth but concentrated. Spot on taste and quality. No fuss sachets can be added direct to the bowl with hot water, noodles and toppings. Fantastic

Bloody expensive, rather salty but completely fantastic - best I’ve tried by far by a country mile….

Really pleased with the flavour of this Tonkotsu - really silky and tastey, just wish it was a little cheaper.

Honestly the nearest you can get to shop ramen in a packet. So so good

I have my bone broth as a separate soup, but it goes well with anything.

I have missed having a decent Tonkotsu since CBRB in Manchester shut down.There are no 'English' details on the packaging other than "45g" and "270ml", so I added 270ml of water to the 45g of paste and heated it slowly to a gentle simmer.It made a fantastic broth, almost as good as CBRB's!It's a heavy broth so I expect you could get away with diluting this up to 500ml per sachet.It's expensive at £17.99 for 12 portions, but it's probably worth it if you like Tonkotsu.
