comfort & easy assembly
Received, unboxed, assembled and placed in under 20 minutes. The chair is soft and very comfortable. This is a better replacement to the standard office chair. I’m not a fan of the gold base (to be spray painted later). My home office in a 1-bedroom apartment is beautiful and functional without the bulky look. Very happy with the purchase.Is the price point worth it? Yes, in my opinion. Comfort, quality & assembly without frustration is priceless.

Gorgeous chair, difficult to put together
I am in love with this chair!! I had been looking at blush office chairs for awhile before settling in this one, even though it had gold hardware (which I hate). Since it was the perfect shade of blush for me, and I loved the style, this is the one I chose. Just about everything was easy to put together except lining up the bolts that hold the seat and the back together. The holes do not match up AT ALL. It took me 3 days and lots of frustration and forcing to get them to come together just enough to finally pull together once the bolts are in. If I didn't like the chair as much as I did, it would have gone back. It was a nightmare. Now it will never come apart again, lol.To fix the gold problem, we painted it with Rust-Oleum Universal Flat Antique Nickel Metallic Spray Paint and Primer in One from Lowe's. We did 2 coats and it took 2 cans. We also did 2 coats of a high gloss clear spray paint on top of that. I think it turned out pretty nice!I have plenty of room to sit on the chair, I can sit cross-legged with no problem as well (5'8" 170lbs).

Major flaws = multiple returns
Beautiful chair but useless. I must have bad luck because I ordered this TWICE and received faulty chairs both times (judging from the messy wrapping they both appeared to be prior returns). Holes on the bottom of the chair don't line up AT ALL so I couldn't even put it together. I searched high and low for a chair for my home office and loved this one. Oh well, I guess the search continues.

The company reached out to me and sent me five new wheels free of charge. New wheels work great.I have used the chair for less than a month and the ball bearings are falling out of the wheels. I have contacted the seller twice, but haven't heard anything. All I want is replacement wheel where the ball bearings are not falling out.
