I finally started taking the Ashwagandha capsules, and was pleased to find that they were very easy to swallow. I am one of those people that will chew pills if I think they are too big to go down with ease. Thankfully, these are perfect 🤩I had initially hesitated taking this particular version of Ashwagandha because it has several other ingredients or compounds.However, after further research, I began to take the Ashwagandha mixture and have found it to be easy to swallow and with no observe side effects.I only knew about fenugreek from the perspective of lactating women and did not know it had other benefits. The black pepper has been known to help activate certain botanical medicines to increase their absorption by the body.In all honesty, I cannot say that I am cool and calm while working full-time, studying for my doctorate, and raising two granddaughters in my 40th year of marriage is easy because of the Ashwagandha, but I think it does help.

Agobi brand made in USA did it again, high concentrated Ashwa with 6 different herbs, a good mixtureeasy to swallow and only one pill per day!

Not sure if it has helped, but capsules go down smooth with no odd aftertaste.

This is listed as an adrenal support supplement, and the ingredients it contains have been shown in various studies to assist with adrenal gland function. I just finished taking Prednisone in fairly high doses for the past month due to serious sinus inflammation. Prednisone does a number on the adrenal glands, so I will be taking this to support the recovery of my adrenal glands.All of the herbs this supplement contains are concentrated extracts, so you really get a lot of nutritional punch in one capsule. One bottle lasts for a year, so this is a tremendous value.The capsules are typical size and are easy to swallow. Thankfully, the only ingredients are the herbs and the capsule... no fillers, preservatives, or additives. They are manufactured in an FDA registered GMP certified facility and are 3rd party tested. This seems like a really high quality product.

Maybe dosage was too high for me, but this product messed with my lower GI tract.
