I decided to return since there was no response to my queries. No customer support.*** first comments from look n feel per se **Its been 48 hours that I bought and may change my review in first week before returning window closes.* stars on seller- I communicated my queries to the seller on the first day as I received and haven’t received any response yet (now on 3rd day). Will wait n change my ratings based on my personal experience.** (2 star) on game console - I didn’t find authentic version of these games like Contra, kung fu, Disney Aladdin and few more. Have requested seller to guide or confirm.***** (5 stars) Street Fighter and Mario games - Found multiple versions of these games and one of them was the one I was looking for. This is the only part that makes me happy about this gaming console.** (2 stars) on gaming console n controller user interface and usability. Pretty complex. Hit and trial has made me learn few options myself. The paper manual gives definitions but partly helpful. Any email links or URL giving more details would be appreciated.

The media could not be loaded. Such a nice collection of retro 16 bit and 32 bit games. Has amazing arcade classics like King of fighters; Tekken 1,2,3; Metal Slug 1-5, a whole host of street fighter games, the older Mortal Kombat games, Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog among many others.The product is easy to use after installation. The seller is kind enough to provide an instruction video link for ideas about installation.The controllers are similar to modern game pads like for PlayStation, though not if the same quality. But they are more than adequate.Overall, pretty satisfied with the product.NB: the 4K here refers to it working on a modern 4K TV not that the games are of 4K quality. They will never be as they are RETRO games, from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s, so the picture quality will be as such era.

I took away 1 star just because the remotes could have been better. They consume batteries a little fast.But the games are all there. Every game I played and not played on every 80’s & 90’s devices.Sadly, the “Duck hunt” type gun using games aren’t there & understandably so.This is the future version of TV Video Games of my childhood & I’m thankful.

I would strongly recommend not to purchase this product, it worked only for a week and then when connected nothing comes expect the black back ground, probably that could be one of the reason there is no return available. There is no warranty or no care team available how to fix it if something goes wrong. Absolutely waste of money.Amazon should not lose their value due to this cheap products. Such a waste of money.

Liked the proactive service and the product. It is quite playable on a 4K TV. These are retro games which are 8 or 16 bit games, so they perform admirably well on a tv with decent upscaling. Some games may have performance issues but that is because of emulator issues than issues with the device itself.Overall, excellent addition to my gaming devices.

Adopter is missing and remote is damaged

The media could not be loaded. Very bad experience. Worked for few days only. Then it started slowing down and now it stay hanged forever. It was an expensive buy. If you sell such low quality products why will I use your platform.

It's not ggod games are auto playing
