My eye doctor told me I had dry eyes and to use a warm compress to open pores. This tool takes that therapy a step further. It’s a little awkward at first when learning to use. My first 10 days I expressed yuck every other day. Then went to every three eventually to once a week. My eyes feel much better.

It's a bit too big for me
Maybe I am new and I am doing it wrong but the rounded head feel too big to go under my eye lid. Make sure you check the measurements before you purchase.

These are pretty good a little bit hard to work so once you figure it out, it does work well

Great for myobian glad distinction
This is effective for moving the clogged oil out thru glands. For it it worked much better than massage

It does have edges
The ends do have edges which have not been smoothed. I felt the edges immediately scratching the inside of my eyelid as soon as I applied pressure.
