Oregano oil is strong and may cause redness if rubbed or dropped onto the skin.You may see it going cheaper elsewhere but they are only15ml bottle is a 30ml bottle.Put a large teaspoon of olive oil, (virgin or extra virgin) which you use on salads, etc into a small glass, and add 1 to 5 drops of the oregano oil start with 1 or 2 and increase as you get used to it add about 100mls of water, or juice, and drink it down quick, now add more fruit juice in the empty glass swirl it around and drink, and have another if you need it, after that. you will feel a warm sensation as it goes into your stomach, it helps clear the lungs and sinuses and much more, a great natural antibiotic, antibacterial, etc.Ps Don't throw it away because it tasted unusual, just try again the next day, after a few days you will find it easy to swallow.

The best on the market, been using it for ages! I’m using it as mouth wash (couple drops on the tongue with sip of water). When needed, I put few drops of oil into veg capsule and wash down with plenty of water.P.s.: thank you for small bag of dried oregano, much appreciated.

I don't want to discredit Oregano Oil because I do believe in its power properties for self healing. In my case every time I take it I sometimes come out in a rash. Its been a while since purchasing a new bottle, this time I took it on an empty stomach with olive oil and went to the gym. Now my whole body is covered in hives. I must be allergic so I am going to give up on this. The capsule ones use to do the same. Going to the gym really just spread the hives. Be careful. Gutted we can't get along as intended.
