I have tried several probiotics but this one is one of the best.I would highly recommend. I definitely have experienced an improvement in my overall gut health.

The probiotics seems to worked really well in which I was going to the bathroom numerous times a day while taking them. However, it also made me very flatulence. I think this is due to me taking it on an empty stomach than with food as it is recommended. I tend to eat once or twice a day so it's hard to remember to take this when I eat when my first meal might be at 11 AM or 1 PM. I'll reintroduce it trying to remember to take it with food and see how it goes and update this review. Until then, I'm given it 3 stars because it definitely make you quite regular.This is a well known brand. I tried to find the difference between Probiotics for Women & Men - 900 billion Probiotics as why 10 strains were selected compared in this new formal compared to current version that claims to be better than a 60billion strains. I couldn't find any details other than Acidophilus is used to promote good bacteria growth found in the mouth, intestines and women reproductive system as it is used to help clear BV and restore pH balance. It seems like a great product except they've already seem to have pulled it which is a bit concerning so I hope they bring it back.

I’ve been using this probiotic for about a week now and it’s made a noticible difference in my daily routine. Bathroom trips have been way easier an I’m not dealing with as much bloating or irregularity. After just a few days I am already feeling more comfortable.Definitely recomend if you’re trying to find a probiotic for better gut health!

I struggle with lactose intolerance and found this product when searching for probiotics. I was mostly looking for a supplement with lactobacillus acididophilus, bifidobacterium, lactis, etc. This product not only has all these strains, but also has lactase. Great product and I recommend it!

Only need to take 1 pill, which makes me extremely happy. Love how handheld the bottle is — it’s easy to take around in my backpack or purse.

I am a big fan of taking care of my gut microbiome since the majority of bodily functions occur in the gut from digestion, production of some chemicals your body needs for depression; you name it and the gut has some role in the health of your body. Any time that you are sick, the gut microbiome is out of balance and sometimes needs a boost to restore the balance. Probiotics help to restore that balance, I even give my dog probiotics when she has a bout of diarrhea and it clears within a day.So for this particular product, the bottle I received had "for women" on it, but that I am aware there is no difference between women and men as it relates to the microbiome, so I tried it anyway. I have a normal gut anyway, but I can say that this did not upset my stomach nor did I experience any side effects from it. I haven't been taking it long enough to write a review that it worked beyond a reasonable doubt or my health greatly improved because of it nor do I have lab equipment to say that it contained the number of bacteria listed in the label, but it is one of the few supplements on the market that does work and is not money wasted especially if you have digestive issues.
