I have been using this product for years. Keeps cheese fresher longer. Not forever but definitely prolongs usuage.

This is my first time using this special cheese paper and I think that it does a better job at keeping the cheese fresh and also not dried out. Cheese connoisseur have recommended this and I finally decided to try it. I have just started using it I have been impressed.

Cheese lasts considerably longer when wrapped in this paper. I buy 2 lb blocks of cheese and cut off 4 oz for everyday use. I then wrap both pieces in the cheese paper and write the type of cheese and the date. I re-wrap the large blocks every 2 weeks.

I learned about cheese wrap from a local cheese maker. I like the “cut to size” option for good coverage & low paper waste. Good product!

Previous light brown style paper worked great, and cheese stayed fresh a long time. This new white paper, the cheese dries out in a few days. Not sure what changed but its dramatically different

I used this product to protect slices of aged cheddar. It worked well
