The screen is everything
I'm an Apple user, PC laptops are bad. I had been maintaining a top end MBP for playing Windows games -- but that machine entered a deep discharge state and if I'm honest, was never an appropriate gaming laptop (because in their own way, Apple laptops are also bad).I looked at most of the machines on the market and yikes -- the quality is garbage. Bad form factor, bad materials, more time spent making everything into a gimmicky black plastic rainbow than making a usable and attractive tool.Razer does a pretty good job here though. The industrial design and build quality are about 80% of what I'd expect, the keyboard is very good, the power supply is goo. The trackpad is pretty much shit compared to an Apple trackpad but way better than most. And there's no bloatware. Razer Synapse is even pretty good.I read that the 17" Razers have better thermal management and it means they get 10% better performance than the 15" with the same hardware. I also agonized over the fact that this laptop can't do 4k.In the end, I decided it was more important to me to power a great screen well than a bad screen poorly. And I made the right decision, this thing looks great. Plays movies great too. This is by no means a top end gaming laptop. But it gets 60 fps in Cyberpunk at 1444 in Ultra (when plugged in), and that's what I wanted. Can even enable ray traced reflections if I don't mind trading off something else.I have experienced some games (Overwatch, so no big loss there) don't like to run full screen on this thing, but they'll run fine inside a full screen window instead.

Amazing design and powerful machine
Got this on sales so it cheaper than expected. Suit all of my needs. Sleek design and pack a punch with the performance. Bad battery life as expected from a gaming laptop tho.

I'm Not Mad, But I am Disappointed
Major Issues:1. Worst touchpad I've ever seen on a laptop, unusable for gaming, barely usable for internet browsing2. Screen is slightly warped, shows you a fun mirror version of your face every time it goes black3. Keyboard gets HOT while gaming, hurts to use4. Logo on black is cheap and plastickyI wanted to pay a premium on a laptop and get a high quality product in return. In my experience, that just never happens with Razer. You pay high end prices and get mid end products. There are things I love about my laptop. The OLED screen is gorgeous. It's extremely powerful. It has a full LED keyboard. But at this price point, all of that needs to be a given. If you're going to spend this much, any other brand can give you all of that, and frankly even better. And so for the build quality to be so poor besides the base pieces, it's just disappointing. I really wish I could recommend this laptop but I just can't.Do better Razer with the massive premiums you're charging, people are realizing your products are overpriced and middling quality.

Razer laptop
Only thing I’m not happy with is they tricked me into thinking I was saving money for a Black Friday deal saying the 15” laptop was originally priced at 3000 and that it was 47 percent off…it is a great laptop though

If I knew the battery issue before….
If you are seeking a computer for work as well don’t expect this pc to have more than 3 hours of battery (web browsing). For gaming is cool, of course you have to leave the battery plugged all the time. But overall I would choose another one.

DISAPOINTED/, WATCH OUT ! ITCAN HAPPEN TO YOU
It's beyond frustration, it worst than dealing with Chinese makers. In short, bought BRAND new machine, moderborad was broken, had to send it back, they fixed it (instead of sending me a brand new one) i got it back "fixed" but "surprise" NO windows OS is not included, they are asking me to send it back (AGAIN) when a 5 year old can dowload it by just buying a licence. They demand I sendnit back....it takes about 2 + weeks to send it, fixed and return.Customer support REALLY LACKS OF tech support skills and Quality assurance of this.company is REALLY QUESTIONABLE..PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FACTS BEFORE and RIGGT AFTER PURCHASIS THIS EQUIPMNENT.I have to be honest, the PERFORMANCE of this machines are REALLY GOOD, However if something fails, God have mercy on you!!! They are really naive and can't handle the problems the best, most efficient way... this is it
