Easy to take having in mind all the positive factors like energy levels, short term memory (I have aphasia), anti aging, I am taking this for a month and I noticed improvement in my sleep and memory too soon for any other drastic improvements but biology says that is the way.

Started taking NAD+ supplements in February, as I was struggling to get through the end of the winter season. Since starting the course, I've observed a steady increase in energy levels and productivity. Will absolutely continue. On subscription, it is good value for money.

Previously I was taking another brand of NMN in a powder form for over a year, and found it really 10)% made a great difference, however, at £50 a bag, it became a little too much to spend on. I thought I would try these capsules, they are quite large, similar size to a large cod liver oil capsule.I've been taking them for 6 weeks, continuing on from the previous brand, so no lapse in between, I feel that my alertness and attention is dropping and it is becoming quite noticeable, to the point that I am back where I was before taking NMN supplements. I can only assume that this is either not as strong or a different grade to the previous brand.I will continue with the product until all gone, but will not be buying anymore. I will try another NMN product to see if that helps, if not, I will go back to the original one.

My energy levels are better at least. They do work.I'm waiting for them to change my eye colour still though.

Well still waiting for the effects. Unsure what I should be feeling. Nearly at the end of the bottle prob will order again as I know it takes time and there are lots of good reviews. But haven't felt any different to be honest. Maybe something going on inside and is yet to produce the positive after effects. ..there is a lot of me to work on lol

Surprised that this product is not a nad precursor because what I've read of the science papers, you can't get nad in this form as a supplement. It must, therefore, be NADH, and you don't want too much of this type of NAD. That said, I did buy it, and IMO it's a rock solid product.Seriously though, what are they putting in it?!
