This cream is great. I don’t have any severe concerns, but it’s bad enough that until I discovered urea cream last year, it was unbearable sometimes.I’ve tried quite a few different brands from Amazon and I went with this one since it came with the free pumice block. Im glad I did, I really ended up liking this brand of urea a lot. It goes on really smoothly, it’s not sticky like others, and has no smell except a slight moisturizer-type smell, but nothing too offensive.I get dry skin every winter on my hands where one of my fingertips and both thumbs will crack/split open at the top. It’s really painful, and if it gets bad enough then the slightest bump into something can cause a lot of pain. I noticed that this winter was the first time my fingers cracked less, were less dry overall, and therefore I had a lot less pain in my hands from dry skin. Almost none actually. I didn’t even remember to use it every day.For whatever reason, doing an online search comes up with no helpful results as to how to handle it properly (with urea), but luckily when I started looking into the specific ingredients of products that did seem helpful, it led me to urea.The pumice block it came with is fine, basic. I like how it looks, which doesn’t matter except that I keep it next to my sink so it helps. It’s also helpful to have since it looks different than the pumice I use on my feet since I don’t like to use them interchangeably.I’m ordering more now in the larger size since I know it works, plus now I need to get my feet in shape for summer!

This cream transforms feet by eliminating dry skin, calluses, and the moisturizing is amazing. And it works better than other brands that cost at least twice as much. I'll definitely be ordering this product again.

I bought this because I did a 'spread eagle' on concrete years ago, and my elbows got torn up and developed scar tissue, which has been rough and unattractive. I have 'worked' on them with pumice stones and bath scrubs, but this cream is much more effective and pleasant to use. I can see the difference after just using it for a few weeks. I don't want to use it too frequently, since elbows can be quite sensitive, but the results are encouraging.

After using over a month have not noticed any changes. Comes with a nice buffer though.

I've tried other brands but keep coming back to this brand (this is my eighth jar). It's a great value and works really well. I also like the larger jar option.I use this cream to keep my feet soft and smooth for longer after my pedicure. In the shower I use a pumice to smooth over the bottom of my feet and toes and then use this cream after each shower. It's amazing how long your pedicure lasts by doing this. It's great for hands, knees and rough elbows too.

Works great. I used it on my elbow & feet. My mom used it too with same results. Does what it says.
