The battery charges my phone completely and relatively quickly. I did have an issue with the USB port, but the company responded and sent a replacement battery in just a couple of days. I’m very happy with this product.

It doesn’t charge your phone easily. It will work some days and other days not. It is a piece of garbage and waste of a lot of money. I don’t understand why they don’t put a switch or something. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS COMPLICATED AND WILL NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!

Great ! I really like this battery case. It is bulky and heavy but I don’t care about that because it keeps my phone fully charged and constantly running for about 24 hours. The only thing that I wish was a little better is the charging port. Feels kind of loose after several months of use but still holds the cable ok. I am very happy and will buy again whenever this case breaks.

The charging cable connects and charges fine, but it is so loose that it falls out when I pick up my phone. It does this with all my charging cables. Unit is less than 3 months old. Contacted Newdery on their support site to see if they could fix or replace, and they never even responded.Update: Newdery support contacted me and offered a full refund and a replacement. Very thankful and impressed that they did this. Changing from 2 to 4 stars!It is my opinion that the charging port on an iPhone is one of the first things that can be damaged on an iPhone because of the constant connecting and disconnecting over time. Not only does a product like this provide battery charging but it provides excellent protection for the iPhone charging port. It’s so much easier and less expensive to replace a charging case every year or two if needed, than to have to deal with a broken port on an iPhone.

This case is awesome . The only thing is it only charges for about 3 or 4 months before port doesn’t charge anymore. Also if you could tighten rubber on top or but hard plastic just at top, because eventually it stretches out, and the the phone top slides in and out. If these two things could be fixed in all versions you have a lifetime customer. Also please come out for one for iphone16 primes when it comes out with headphone support. Ty

I use my phone constantly and it always drains the battery. I purchased this to go with my new phone and it works great. It will give me a couple of additional full charges although I’ve only had to use it a couple of times. The only drawback is that it makes phone very heavy and bulky and the stand doesn’t work well with the extra weight.

The product is not stable and only works occasionally It's a shame because it seems like a good product.
