I have been using it for quite some time now. I get regular facial and my facial therapist said that my face shows elasticity and firmness. This is certain working and I will continue to take this daily.

I love a good collagen supplement, I have been taking one for several months now. I'm 43 and have started seeing fine lines on my face, so I'm amping up my supplements to try to combat aging as much as possible. :)I thought this collagen supplement was worth a try. However, when I received it, I must be honest...very little of the writing on the box and jar is in English. I have great concern when I don't know exactly what I am putting into my body. While there are ingredients in English, the product is manufactured in Korea and that is a concern for me. It also has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, as is the case with many supplements, but the lack of any other information in English does scare me a bit. The plastic jar that contains the tablets is almost all in Korean (see photos) and therefore, I made the decision not to take them out of concern.I will wait and see how the product performs for other reviewers and perhaps, change my mind if I have more information. I do like the idea of having a new collagen supplement to try but I'm sorry, this one just seemed unusual based on the fact that it was all in another language. I have never encountered this before, so I had to go with my gut.

I got this because I am always on the look out for marine collagen as it's the one skin loves (and uses) the most. Now my passion is skin care and supplements so I was thrilled to see all the ingredients in these caps. Marine (fish) collagen is indeed low molecular weight meaning its small and easier for the body to use. It is specifically type 1 collagen. The body uses type 1 and 3 for skin but prefers type 1. So simply said marine collagen is the collagen to use for the fastest noticeable improvement.The we have selenium which I take as an antioxidant and because it also helps skin and hair. It does this by protecting the skin from ultra violet radiation by increasing selenium antioxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidase and thioredoxin reductase. This helps the skin stay firm and destroys free radicals that contribute to wrinkles. So that's one bottle I do not have to take as there is 100% of the rda (recommended daily allowance) in this cap of selenium.Then we have vitamin D which I take as it helps with bones and skin and hair and staying healthier in general. It is an antioxidant and specifically with skin it contributes to skin cell growth and repair. It lessens dead skin build up which can look dull and unhealthy. It is for this reason many people claim vitamin D makes their skin glow. Once again there is 100% of rda in this so another bottle I do not have to worry about !Next we have Zinc which I take. Another antioxidant which has been credited for helping people avoid colds and staying healthy. For skin it is a wound healer and combats dry skin and acne. And as you may have guessed 100% rda in this cap of zinc so another bottle I can put on the shelf.Biotin ( I take too) for brevity is hair fertilizer and forms fatty acid that nourish the skin and hair. And no worries about not having enough as it 3333% rda and another bottle I can put on the shelf.A sleeper here but way Important (and I do take) is the vitamin C. It has enzymes that make collagen 'fold' into usable form so skin can be made. Without vitamin c there is no skin production. Zero. So yes way important. This one is actually 120% rda and a total now of five bottles I have put back on my shelf. I think it's obvious why I think this is the best collagen supplement I have ever seen.One thing to note. You need 10 to 12 grams of collagen a day. Two of these caps is 1 gram which is normal and why most people use powders and premixed drinks. I take about 6 caps in the morning of different types of collagen and a table spoon of a pre mix at night. However the most important cap I take is this marine collagen as it's the one providing the most benefits ! Hope this was helpful.

Came clean/sealed/safe – no issues there. Each pill is 1 gram, you take two per day – so 2 grams. Collagen Peptides is considered the “best” form of collagen – which this product contains. No negative side effects/consequences of taking this. I do think the price is really high – you can get similar (even 3mg tablet) products for less with even more pills/supply. I think for this product to do well they really do need to change the text on the bottle to English – there is something about taking a pill when you cannot read the bottle. If you leave the pill in your mouth for more than a couple seconds – it does taste bad. Aside from all that, it appears to be a okay product.

So, these supplements definitely do have some benefits for your hair, skin, and nails, thanks to the marine fish collagen peptides and added vitamins and antioxidants. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the pills themselves are quite large. If you're someone who has trouble swallowing pills or just doesn't like the feeling of having to gulp down a big tablet, then these might not be the best choice for you.That being said, if you can get past the size of the pills, the actual supplement can be really helpful in promoting healthier skin, stronger nails, and shinier hair. Plus, the added antioxidants can be beneficial for overall health and wellness. So, it really just comes down to personal preference and whether or not you're willing to deal with the size of the pills in order to reap the benefits of the supplement.
