Looks very like the original, same product code printed inside casing. Old remote started playing up and wheel wasn’t clicking to press ok/enter. This replacement remote connected to tv (2018 LG) as soon as I put batteries in. Cursor on screen seemed a bit all over the place for first few seconds but then straightened up. No complaints and under £20 so all good.

The second replacement TV remote I’ve brought off you guys and they’re terrible. They work well for a day or two, and then they become delayed and then buttons stop working

Works fine with all functions. My one very occasionally looses connection with TV but simple to reconnect.

Exactly the same as the original remote well made you don’t have to program it in it just worked right away and everything works as it should

First impressions are that it looks to be a good quality.Initially I had problems 'pairing' the magic pointer as the included instructions were wrong however a quick Google showed how to do it and it paired easily then.Most buttons work fine but the scroll wheel is just flops about loose with no 'click' resistance so using it accurately is impossible.The 'OK' button that is contained in the scroll wheel just doesn't work unless you press as hard as you can (and I really mean as hard as you can).Great communication from the seller but unfortunately his support was of no use as he first suggested that I had bought the wrong remote and secondly suggested that I re-pair to the TV, he couldn't seem to grasp that it was a physical problem with the scroll wheel rather than a programming issue.His final suggestion was to return it for a refund.It's okay to use in an emergency but as it just doesn't work properly I can't recommend it for normal daily use.

Don’t bother, poor Chinese copy that might work but the thumb wheel is useless, buttons feel “cheap” and I would be surprised if it lasted a few weeks. Buy an official LG one which is double the price but you will buy four of these cheap ones in the life of the LG one. Although this model is no longer available from LG, you can buy a compatible one from LG for £56. In the long run, it will be money better spent.

Took a gamble on this as the original LG one took a bath.All functions seem to work as the original, but the quality is nothing like it. The buttons feel wrong, they stick on at times, fail to register at times, and also sometimes register, but with a distracting amount of delay, meaning you press again and get 2 clicks. Quite frustrating, but at least it “works”.
