It was out for delivery for days (I have screenshots and whatsapp updates as evidence that the delivery was a tedious experience). Finally it exceeded the number of days of failed delivery and I got refund for the order. Then the product got delivered today!The product is really good and sturdy. A bit on the heavy side but since I wanted to hang ceramic decor that is heavy, it is good it is heavy as it is strong and will not bend because of the weight.Now I have to figure out how to pay for a refunded order as I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it after I had to go through so many phone calls to customer care regarding this order.Amazon has to sort their delivery system if they don't want to lose customers and sellers.
