I originally had purchased 3 of the same ones at a nursery and loved them so I purchased more since they were a better price on Amazon. They feel very sturdy, look nice and have 4 drainage holes at the bottom which come with plugs already if you don't want it to drain. The plugs are easy to remove. The holes if the plugs are removed are a little big so I had to put some mesh on it to keep the soil in but most planters don't come with the mesh anyway. The only one issue I had with one of the original ones I purchased though, was if the soil wasn't constantly watered, the soil would become very light and strong winds would blow the planter off of my railing which resulted in one cracking because it fell from my deck. I guess it would be nice if you could somehow clamp the planter to the railing if needed.
