I purchased this item last month and noticed an immense increase in my breast milk supply, for I donate my breast milk to newborns in need of them. Be sure to them with food and drink lots of water and eat healthy! Pump/express breast milk with no long intervals and you will see an increase. If you have any issues, I strongly recommend that you find a lactation consultant and work with her/him.Personally, we lost our sweet Ashley Rose when I was 5 months pregnant this year, due to early labor & she died 7 minutes in my arms. Why waste breast milk, when I can do out of goodness and do right Ashley Rose, by helping mothers who are in need of them? Feeding newborns with breast milk based on studies, can give them a healthy head start and plus other positive outcomes derived from breast milk. Our gift to newborns, is to supply them with breast milk from a healthy mother (I do not ake any medications- not even over the counter ones, nor do I drink alcohol [only once when I turned 21- literally] and take prenatal/postnatal vitamins, eat healthy, anything newborns need from me to thrive ❤).In the meantime, breast milk is my choice of birth control as I am a firm believer of natural birth control.

I love that this product is organic! I do find it helps with my milk supply when I take it... and have noticed the longer you take it the better it works perhaps? It's kinda hard to tell whats doing what with my regimen however. But I think so far that this product helps to increase milk supply paired with enough water/hydration and calorie intake as well as a good amount of stimulation. But I went from pumping 2 oz, 3 oz total max to now I pump 7 oz a few times a day! And 5 oz on average. Only thing I wish was different was that it was a glass bottle instead of plastic...

I tried fenugreek supplements to help with my milk supply, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Within a few days of taking them, I noticed a significant increase in my breast milk production. It made breastfeeding much more manageable, and I'm grateful for the positive impact fenugreek had on my breastfeeding journey. Highly recommended!

No smell or taste. Easy to swallow.

I really wanted to like this but it gave me bad headaches and didn’t help with more breast milk production. I suppose different supplements work for some and for others they don’t :(
