Really nice!
I live in a more remote location where most bargain places (recyclers, etc) won't ship at all, or want crazy $$ to ship. So this review is partially based on my limited choices... but I like this machine enough that I'd probably buy it anyway. This is perfect for the general office use I need it for.First of all, the one I have up on my workbench now is exactly as the ad says. CPU, RAM, SSD are all correct, and test OK. Also, the machine is a lot newer than I expected. This one has a "born on" date of May 16, 2021. Based on the CPU, I was thinking it'd be a bit older. The inside looks very very clean. Almost immaculate. The ad does not specify an optical media drive but the chassis can accommodate a slim (laptop size) drive, if you want to add one.The shipping box was a simple affair with very strong inflated padding inside. I suggest they use a bit more tape, but the box arrived ok. Inside, there was the PC, plus power cable, USB adapters for WiFi and BT, Keyboard and Mouse, and an adapter for DP to HDMI. Really a thoughtful combination. Just make sure to look through the entire box, as these items are loose. [A small baggy for these, taped to the machine would be good idea]Before trying to power on, I opened the case to make sure RAM wasn't jostled loose during transit or the CPU cooler hadn't come off somehow. All was fine. On powering up, my machine sputtered a bit (on/off itself a couple times) and complained about a loss of date/time. This is normal for when the CMOS battery is too low/dead. I switched it out for a good battery and all works well. (This may be frustrating for some buyers, but if you leave the machine plugged in, it won't need the battery anyway until there's a power outage)I'm ordering 2 more and will probably order more later on too. It's a 5-star product. Maybe a wee tiny bit expensive for big metro areas, but a great deal for me where I am.EDIT: I've now ordered quite a few of these, and the price is better than ever. Some had SSD (SATA) and some NVMe. One had an optical drive. There's a relatively recent BIOS update too. I believe this vendor is merely following the correct MS **requirements** for selling refurbished machines which generally requires putting the original OS version back in it's initial state for a new user, and must include a kyb/mouse.

Nice unit. Very pleased.
Product actually came a day earlier than promised. Setup was very straightforward right out of the box. The unit came with a little usb dongle to provide internet connectivity and the performance is excellent. I've loaded Microsoft office 2016 on the unit and file access is also very responsive. The unit itself was well packaged and really cannot be distinguished from a new unit as far as I am concerned. The vendor did a nice job. The product is as ordered and meets my expectations very well.

Wished for a little less
ProsThe pc itself was great, the wifi and Bluetooth adapter were nice but not needed. Case was in good enough shape and the windows 10 install was not to out of date.ConsThe keyboard and mouse included might work but I took one look at how dirty the used keyboard was and chucked it in the trash, functional or not, the value of it was not worth me tearing it apart to clean every key. As it was a gift for my in-laws I just picked up a cheep Logitech keyboard instead of giving the dirty keyboard. The mouse was salvageable.I do wish being it was a intel 8500 chip that windows 11 was installed instead of 10pro. Would have saved me some time getting it ready for them. That said a windows 11 compatible system for the price I paid should last them the next 5+ years (with a little luck and routine maintenance), so I am a happy son-in-law!

Very Satisfied
I'm happy and satisfied with this desktop. It was no problem setting it up and it's not very heavy. You can sit it anywhere because of the size. This desktop also has wifi capabilities so any room will be fine. There are multiple ways to connect a monitor (VGA and D16). The power cord is exceptionally long. There are lots of USB ports for multiple connectivity. With a ssd installed, using this desktop us fast and smooth. I've had this desktop for about a week and I've been enjoying it. FYI: I don't think mine came with a vga cable, but it did come with a keyboard, mouse, wireless wifi adapter and a power cord if I'm correct.Overall it was a great purchase and I'm enjoying it

It Worked But........
I had to replace a system for a client. When I first opened the box and setup the unit, it would not stay powered on. each time I released the power button it would go off. Come to find out the cover was replaced incorrectly. Then, once it turned on, it booted to no fixed disk present. Under normal circumstances, I would have sent it back but I am a tech so I reseated the hard drive and it worked fine. Once I got it up and running, it seemed to work just fine.

A Great Value
This is a very good computer for the money. I have been buying refurbished Dell PC's for a few years now and this HP beats any deal I have gotten so far. It came very clean and in new condition,a very fast computer. This pc can be updated to windows 11 which makes this pc about the best deal out there for under a $150.

Great Deal for a computer that felt like it was new
The computer arrived well packed with all the included accessories (Power cable, mouse, KB,USB Wi-fi and Blue tooth)It was clean and without any damageIt actually arrived with a few extras (DVD-RW Drive and a VGA Port) which I wasn't expectingThe extra VGA port really helped since I'm connecting it to an old Monitor and I was going to have to use a Display port to VGA adapter otherwisePrice was amazing. I priced refurbished units at my local Microcenter and they were $50+ higher with lower specsI'm very happy and my wife is very happy that for a very small um we were able to replace the old windows 7 dog of a computer we were using
