One of the back boxes cracked whilst opening up one of the cable entry points but was glued back together and let set overnight and remained together after repair so i was overall happy with these back boxes

Have returned the second one of these I ordered as it was NOT the same as the first one, nor did it look like the picture displayed - this one has a different design and is not the correct size for the same socket as was installed to the first box (BG Electrical WiFi Smart Socket).Unfortunately, it's slightly smaller all round: width, length, and depth... resulting in the socket not lining up and overhanging slightly on all sides.The first one I ordered was a perfect fit and I "stupidly" thought that it would be the same if I repeat purchased.They're probably just grabbing any old back box that is for "dual sockets" off the shelf per order, and you may not get the same item again if you make separate orders over time like I have... What you get may not even fit the socket unit you have properly.If you're gonna buy these - buy the total number you need in one go so what you get are (hopefully) all the same type and size... that way if they do actually fit the sockets you've chosen, you won't have to risk a second order and not getting the same units.

Love this product. I ordered a new 2 gang socket , however the measurements weren’t standard and I love the fact this had all the required measurements, not just depth. Ordered it and fits perfect with the socket plate! Thanks for being super descriptive! It helped a lot !

Good quality, quickly delivered. Only gripe is what was delivered is a different style to the one pictured - without the 4 fixing points around the centre, but I can still make it work.....
