I purchased a two pack for tree care use. They were easy to hook to safety helmets but I had a problem with one of them. After talking with Cardo customer service they walked me through a diagnostic test and determined that the cradle had a problem. I had a new cradle in a couple days free of charge. I have mine synced to my phone. I was 35’ up in a bucket piecing out a birch tree with a 201tc while talking to my buddy on the phone. He said he could hear the chainsaw but it sounded really far away. I have music playing but when my ground guys talk the music level drops down and they are easy to hear. You don’t need to have your phone synced to use the communication ability. The battery lasts all day no problem

Great sound, installs easy, connects to my s24 ultra easy. Installed on a Shoei Hornet x2 helmet. Able to use the clip to mount to side of the helmet.

I have a HJC i10, the Cardo system fit very well inside of the helmet. Plenty of extra wire if needed. Sound quality is good, is a little quiet with wind noise. Although they do not sound as good as my airpods they are significantly more comfortable in the helmet and do not fall out or hurt my ears when putting on and taking off my helmet. I have yet to test the mic out. Also the cardo comes with two mic, one for full-face helmets and one for open-face helmets.

I had a previous gen Cardo unit which was the Slim. It was a great unit but the clip that held the unit in place broke. Needed a replacement and saw this unit. Had the clip mount option to stick to side of the helmet using tape and convenient removal of unit to charge. Typical Cardo, ease of use and clear audio. Good long lasting battery charge. Only gripe is the power on message is VERY LOUD.

I did extensive research for something my husband and I could to communicate on our snowmobiles, plus my husband loves to ride with music.I bit the bullet for Christmas and bought a 2set. That was a lot of money!Easy installation magnet seemed super strong will literally pull it out of your hands when close to the cradle.My husband rode with his friends and 1st stop it was there, 2nd stop GONE!HE HAD 3HRS AND IT FELL OFF??!!I Specifically bought the ORV incase there was some difference and spent a lot of time researching and making sure these would work for sleds.You can't reach a live person, you have to submit an email, so now we wait to see if they respond??. Mine is already installed on my helmet, just haven't gone out yet. So upsetting.Will update if and when i get a response.

Battery life is great, connects every time with no issues.

Fits perfectly in hjc helmets, cable management is fine when routed around foam and sound quality is good and talking to my buds is a great feature.
