Ideal for older person

Rubish! It was badly made with the frame beginning to split on delivery. It wouldn't hold any charge, then after hours of waiting and trying it held just enough charge for me to set it up for my elderly friend - before dying again. Then I spent hours trying to change it again so I could delete the info I'd put on the phone, before sending it back. Alas - I was forced to pack it up and send it back like that, as it never worked again. ISHEEP - should read ISLEEP - because that's all it does.The lesson here folks is - IF you buy this phone - DON"T continue if there's any sign that the phone being faulty.

Phone is decent enough but the instructions are shocking, battery seems ok .

Bought and set up for elderly relative. She didn’t want an “old person” phone. This was very easy to set up and she loves it. It’s been a month now and she hasn’t had any issues that I know of. Note if you’re setting it up for someone else you might want to get a micro SD card in advance so it’s there in time. I had to have my uncle put it in a week after I left and without it I couldn’t show her how to use the camera.

Not actually operational upon receipt, which was a bit of a shame, because this looked like a really neat little basic phone 📱

The phone battery did not work I had it on charge for hours and it would not charge

Bought as a gift/replacement for my Dad's previous clamshell that after a good tenure separated at the clamp. This phone initially didn't see the simm but after a few inserts worked.It's been working well for the last few months now.Good display that is much easier to read and Dad likes it, hence the good review

This phone is not easy to use. Has no option to turn on ringtone that I can find. All calls come in on vibrate which is no use to me. Very dissapointing. Would not reccomend it
