Amazing
I have used Solgar starflower oil capsules for years as recommended that you need at least a 300 gla to get the benefits .. !! Other types are lacking with gla content so stick to the best .. thank you Solgar

My bottle said Super Starflower Oil and apparently borage and starflower are two names for the same thing. Would prefer the softgels - I got tablets.
