This is a high quality Green drink powder mix. There are a lot of them out there these days, and you usually need to pay a little bit more for the top tier which I would put these in. The ingredients sell themselves. One scoop is a serving, and this container has 30 servings. I like that the container is smaller so there isn't a bunch of wasted space. You just put a scoop in water, and it mixes up well. I have a glass jar with a rubber lid that I put this in so it's easy to shake up and drink and clean. To me, it has a taste of buttered broccoli when I only mix it with water which is how I will drink it. If you throw it in a smoothie, it will depend on what you are mixing it with. I'm really happy with it, and I'm not having any negative side effects. Reason I'm bumping up my game taking things like this as I realized the last few years my health problems were because of deficiencies. I've had severe dysbiosis in my reproductive, bladder, and digestive system. It has been resistant to all therapies after numerous tries, and I have seen so many specialists and have been doing every alternative thing I could think of including very high quantity and quality of probiotics daily which is the only thing that really helped me. Well, I was seeing one specialist recently who actually was a "butt doctor", and she feels a lot of these issues stem from deficiencies in the body because of diet. I can't believe after all my research which was very extensive that didn't even pop up. So, I have been taking a high quality vitamin D mixed with A and K for absorption and drinking superfood mixtures like this, and I was shocked how quickly my body started to improve. I can't believe for nearly 2 years I could have saved myself a lot of suffering and endless appointments if I just added these to my daily regimen and diet. I just have so many food sensitivities, it can be really difficult, but I have found my body tolerates things like this well. Anyway, if you are having any sort of dysbiosis or constant infections and an imbalance of good and bad bacteria, maybe give things like this a try. Also, really do your research above vitamin D because just taking a plain vitamin D supplement isn't going to do it and it needs to be mixed with a few other vitamins for absorption and get into the sun as well. I'm not a medical professional, but a lot of people don't understand these types of things until we really start to look into it. Many supplements need to be taken with others in order to properly absorb otherwise it's just going to leave our system. And if we're not digesting and our gut is messed up, we're not going to receive a lot of our nutrients. A few medical professionals that helped me told me to see a naturopath as they are more seasoned in dealing with these types of things. We are what we eat.

We are a vegan / vegetarian household so the ingredients matter to us a great deal. My container arrived sealed with an acceptable expiration date.To us, it tasted similar to other green drinks on the market. It tastes "green". I tried it in a glass of water and it took forever to blend. I also tried it added into my smoothies and that's the way I liked it best. It was easy, mixed better, and tasted great. This product is full of healthy ingredients and superfoods and it tastes high quality.At $62 (a little over $2 per serving) it's a bit on the high side but it seems like very high quality though there isn't a USDA organic label. If you were to go buy this drink pre-made or buy all of the ingredients separately it would cost way more than $2 a serving.

The sample container arrived in good condition. It is a plastic jar with a screw top lid. Plastic band and inner top seal were properly in place. Inside is included a 6 gram plastic scoop. There are 30 single scoop servings per container. It is recommend to take 1 per day.The medium fine ground powder takes a bit of mixing to incorporate it into liquids. A stirring with a spoon doesn't yield great results and will likely leave small blobs on the sides and bits floating at the surface. I find it mixes best when blended or added into smoothies. In water it has an almost pleasant taste of fruits and greens flavor. A little bitterness but strangely tastes a little like a fine green tea powder in the after taste. The ingredients list has a full assortment of fruits and vegetables as well as superfoods and coconut water. You can kind of taste all the different ingredients if you carefully sip and try to distinguish them. I often drink some milk with a teaspoon of maple syrup added. Adding a 1/2 tsp of this green powder into it created a surprisingly good tasting drink to me. I would not expect many others to like it, but just throwing this out there as I sip on it and write this review. I wasn't having much love for the water only blend and did add a little maple syrup to it as well and found it improved the taste greatly. So, I thought that this would have more of a coconut taste, which I like...It doesn't have that flavor at all. It tastes like all of the green powders out there. This is a pricey item, and the container isn't that large. I'd say that money is better spent trying to eat a little healthier. I just don't see forcing myself to drink this every day.
