Best pillowcase ever
Don't buy the high priced pillowcases like this on the internet when you can buy this one. It is the same quality at a much better price. I have washed it over and over and it does very well. It is a nice weight and so soft. I bought the queen size and have ample space for my queen size pillows.

BETTER SKIN BETTER HAIR! Anyone over 25 MUST use this satin pillowcase!
SKIN: You can thousands of dollars for lotions, potions, and serums for your aging skin, but if you sleep on a rough pillowcase you are throwing your money away! Sleeping on a mulberry silk pillowcase can also help you save on your beauty products. Why? Silk is made with a protein fiber — as opposed to linen and cotton, which come from plant fibers. That protein fiber gives silk a lower absorption rate than linen or cotton, so mulberry silk pillowcases will naturally absorb less of your beauty products while you sleep. You’ll be able to use fewer products and enjoy the same benefits. Silk’s characteristic gentle, ultra-smooth fabric makes it less likely to develop creases and wrinkles. This creates less opportunity for those creases and wrinkles to make an impression on your skin. There are several benefits of a silk pillowcase for acne. Silk’s super-soft characteristics are particularly helpful for those prone to breakouts. That’s because breakouts can be exacerbated by the friction from your skin coming into contact with coarse-textured fabrics.HAIR: A satin pillowcase You’re likely familiar with bedhead. It’s that tangled mess of knots and frizzy hair that greets you when you wake up in the morning. Your pillowcase could be partly to blame. It’s natural to move and turn in your sleep, causing your hair to rub against your pillowcase. That creates friction that can leave your hair a tangled mess — and even lead to breakage and split ends.In contrast, a silk pillowcase’s filaments are long and strong, creating a surface that is less likely to damage your hair. The mulberry silk’s smooth texture reduces friction. That in turn can help you preserve your style and keep your hair looking soft and healthy. Also, because silk has a lower absorption rate than other common pillowcase fabrics, the best silk pillowcases are less likely to dry out your hair. This benefit is particularly important for people with fine, blond, frizz-prone, or curly hair. Those hair types are all more susceptible to dryness, so choosing a silk pillowcase for curly hair or other dry hair types can help your hair retain its moisture.

Reordered
A few years back, I ordered this same brand of silk pillowcases.I reordered to have extras. They have held up, and I haven't had a problem with the zipper or any tears. I air dry them, and that has been working out. They are more comfortable than others that I have.

No More Tangles
I love these silk pillowcases. After the first one, I purchased three more of these Mulberry Silk Pillowcases. Now when I wake up, my thin baby fine hair is not a tangled up mess, which means I’m not ripping hair out of my head because of knots. The quality of these silk pillowcases is definitely worth the cost. There are cheaper silk (or even “satin”) pillowcases out there; but they do not hold up.Either way, you do need to take care of these silk pillowcases a bit more gently. I would definitely recommend hand washing them in warm water with a little shampoo or a few drops of Dawn. They are not meant to be laundered with a washing machine full of bed linens, in which you might have added detergent and bleach to. I personally wash two of my Mulberry silk pillowcases together at a time, in a bucket of warm water and probably about a teaspoonful of Dawn, then rinse well. I roll them up in a clean towel to squeeze out the excess water; throw them into a slightly “warm” dryer for only 5 minutes; and then I press them off gently with a warm iron. I love my bed sheets, and now my new silk pillowcase to have a fresh pressed look. After all, it is my head, hair and clean face that are in contact with these pillowcase for 6-8 hours a night, 365 days a year. It’s important for me to have nice things and great quality when in contact with my skin.

Feels Good.
The pillowcases are ok. I wanted to have them for my taupe comforter for show and sleeping. There is special care instructions which is a lot!, plus it wrinkles very easy. I know it’s silk. The zipper does not tuck in a flap. Therefore you feel it.Sleeping on it leaves my hair softer and not tangled.

No longer skeptical
First Quality - I have never slept on silk before so I can’t compare it to anything else. It is beautiful so shiny and soft. It’s easy to put your pillow in, plenty wide enough. It is thick enough so I am not worried about getting a hole. First night I slept on it my hair was perfect even with a Cpap face mask on. Usually my hair is frizzy and all over the place. I didn’t even wash it in the shower. I didn’t have my usual hair breakage all over. The second night my granddaughter crawled in bed with me and when we got up there was a big drool spot on it. I put it in cold water and hand washed the spot and the stain came out beautifully. I put a towel in the bathtub and laid it on there to dry. It came out looking like I received it.Second: I did not believe the hype about silk pillows but I will never sleep on anything else.
