It is spendid. This is a tad too small for a normal sized adult man, but it fits on a teenager. It totters on my head and makes me look like Oliver Hardy, but without Adolf's facial wear. It is quite flimsy but looks ok from a distance. I would not recommend pairing it with full evening dress as I think it would look rather like a poor relation, but if you wanted to ape the working class of the late nineteenth century or the middle class of the mid twentieth then this is the headwear for you.It was five pounds and seven pence. Not too extortionate, but still a fiver. If I ever have to attend a parade I will now be well dressed. And if I meet a lady police officer who has just lost her hat and she needs to mask the embarrassment of a passing streaker then I dare say she could use this, but I don't think it is washable.So not a bad little item. Not wonderful quality but passable.It does not come with a kiss-me-quick sign, so you will have to make your own.

This was a good enough and very nice hat for a dressing up costume. It’s well made and good value for money… but I’m afraid it was just a tad too small for me.In fairness I do think it’s possible that I’ve got a bigger than average sized head mind you,which I had no clue about for years and it was really only when I found this problem of hats being too small happening a lot when I’d decided to start wearing them to weddings back in the 80’s but I was in denial.I only knew it for sure when my own babies were born big nine pounders and I’d needed C-sections coz their heads were always stuck (sorry, tmi) I realised then that it must be in the genes so not my fault,or the sellers for that matter coz I can’t really blame them for my big funko pop head🤖Just be aware if you also have a particularly large head then this might not fit😉

I bought this for a Mary Poppins themed outfit. It was perfect for the job and the best bit was that it actually fitted a small head with no need for sewing bands inside to make adjustments. It looks smart and is "practically perfect" for the money .

The hat arrived just in a plastic bag and was very crumpled and battered. I wondered if I’d be able to get the dents out, but I did (mostly) and it’ll look great for my daughter’s dance show, if it survives the journey to the theatre.

Used as dressing up. Sturdy. Good value. Better quality than I thought it would be for the price

It is what you pay for - it was ideal for what I wanted and a friend used it in a cabaret act.

Other reviews mentioned that this bowler hat was on the small side, but that suited my purposes for my DIY Cousin Itt Halloween prop. I used a 20cm polystyrene ball for the head, and this hat was just the perfect size.
