Good customer service
Purchased this tablet in which initially we were very happy with the quality, unfortunately there was a fault with the tablet in itself but customer service were very helpful in resolving the problem.

Wasted time! Not again.
This is not a good experience at all at amazon. I had a feeling, any product in amazon would have a minimum quality but this tablet changed by believe. Not even turn on. Waste of time. Not again.

Good value for money.
All fine except for a common Windows problem that seems to have remergeged with Windows 11 of "unexpected shutdowns" occuring. After perservering with Windows updates this now seems to have resolved.
