Really Good
This is a great product. Was having difficulty obtaining in local shops and was urgently required for a low fodmap diet. The flavour is very good. Really cannot fault the product it appears to be very pure. My only criticism is the way it is packaged. Comes in a plastic bag inside an envelope and it stinks. Apparently it stunk out the local sorting office and my post person’s van.

I was a bit dubious of this as an alternative to onions but it actually worked really well, just need to use a small amount and fry in oil during cooking

Goid flavour, good value.
Never used this before until a recent recipe called for it. What a lovely flavour imparted in my lime pickle. Ried it in my next curry and it enhanced the flavour.
