Made my best Pizza yet!
I love this flour, made a huge difference in my dough in the texture and the flavor. I enjoy making my New York style pizza here in Northern Arizona. No restaurant can even come close to the flavor of my homemade pizza.

Har to beat Italian flower
It is very hard to beat any of the Italian flowers .... Caputo, Molino - they are very fine milled compared to the US flowers and that makes such a difference in the dough and final product.There are many kinds so pick the one specific to what you are planning to bake - Pizza and slow rising doughs will need a higher protein % (so called 'Manitoba') - Classic or AP is in the 9-10% protein range but is such a pleasure to work with, with any of them

New Year Eve 2023 Pizza Party
The media could not be loaded. Celebrated the New Year 2023 with a pizza party.Decided to use two different 00 flour brands at 65% hydration using a Biga dough starter.18 dough balls using Molino DallaGiovanna Rossa 00 Pizza Flour12 dough balls using Molino Caputo 00 Americana Pizza FlourIn summary both flour brands produced very tasty pizza. However, the Molino DallaGiovanna Rossa was a bit easier to work with and more forgiving (less sticky, and produced tighter/smoother dough balls). Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the dough balls produced with both products, however my favorite and the edge goes to the Molino DallaGiovanna Rossa 00.I will be purchasing this product again on a regular basis. Enjoy!

Date stamped on bag is May 12th. Today is April 18th 2024. Date on shrink wrap on bag reads, Dec 5 of this year. Why are there two dates on the bag is uncertain. It's not a repack. Bag is sealed so what's the reason for the sticker? Going by date on the bag. Selling old stock trying to get rid of it? I bought Caputo Manitoba Oro last year and it doest expire until this September.I have not used it yet but the expired date in a few weeks is unexceptable when we are paying alot of money for this.

Profesional grade top of the line flour for pizza
Ok pizza lovers this is the oneI’ve been trying many other ones but nothing compares to this one! the flavor is so good crispy and crunchy I definitely recommend anyone to give it a try you won’t be disappointed

Love the quality of this flour
The first time I used this flour and opened the bag I immediately noticed the quality of the flour. It is a softer, finer flour and the quality of my baked goods is absolutely amazing in taste and texture. I've stopped using all brands of US flour and use only this one. A little more expensive but worth the money in terms of quality.
