Great product
I recently got this item and I love it. Is firm to do pull ups when you mounted to a wall, dips the pads are nice on the elbows. Overall I’m very happy with this product and I highly recommend it. It does so many muscle groups. Thank you

Compact and Sturdy
Easy to assemble and solid construction. I had to reinforce the wall studs with a piece of 2" x 6" lumber. Then I mounted a 30" x 48" plywood on the wall surface. This reinforcement provides a solid feel. I also had to install rubber bumpers on both ends of the equipment to prevent it from marking the wall and to absorb pressure.Aside from that, I love it!
