TopsKnives TPSE107C2DC: Steel Eagle 107C Delta

Good for anyone looking to buy a sturdy survival knife. I use it to chop and baton big pieces of wood. It us large so it not really an every day carry but I did purchase the smaller version, 105 for that reason.

I am really happy with this purchase! The TOPS Steel Eagle 107C Delta Class is well-built and arrived razor sharp. The 1095 high carbon steel is differentially heat treated for better edge retention and overall blade longevity. Just be mindful of maintaining this knife, making sure it's protected from humidity while being stored. Bottom line: this is a solid choice if you're looking for a survival knife with some bushcrafting capability; the aggressive serration on its spine is perfect for notching. I wear extra large gloves for reference (photo).

I received the Toos Delta class knife through Amazon and you can see the plastic packaging that the knife came with was already in rough condition as if it fell a few times on the ground or was stepped on. The butt end the the knife has a scuff mark on it. The ball chain that hold the whistle in place cannot lock in place because the holder gap was too big to hold the ball chain in place. This is jot what I expect from Tops or Amazon for that matter essentially since it is $215!

This knife does not disappoint!! It’s big, beefy and comes sharp from the factory! Has a nice cerakote to the 1095hc blade, beautiful Micarta handles, and a very nice kydex sheath to wrap it up! No pun intended! The spines saw feature is extremely sharp and makes light work of any light to moderate sawing task that’s tossed in your way! Would definitely recommend!!!

Im into folders myself but always here the arguments about a fixed blade and a folder about durability function. Nessesity etc. And i never really had a "realy" fixed blade till now. Man iblove my folderers and swear on em everyday but if SHIF this blade will b first to grab. I get the whole debate now. Still think folders are better but much more ob the fence then i used to be. 7 in is good. Kinda wish i got 11 inch tho would b a lot to carry feel ilke if out wit a 7in mini sword 4 more inch would b better. And maybe no serations not to ptactical but look bad ass

This is my third purchase of TOPS Knives products. The previous two purchasing experiences were relatively goodThe entire rubber gasket on the steel clamp has come offThe poor assembly quality of the Micarta handle and blade results in an uncomfortable feeling on the index finger when gripped.The 1095 steel at the end of the blade unexpectedly collides and deforms the entire structure.Is this basically a factory clearance of defective products being sold?The product has already been shipped to Taiwan, but I still have to bear the import duties to return it
