Book very good with detailled illustrations. I have been educated in Paris as designer so terms, methods etc. are familiar to me.

I gived five stars to this book because of the illustrations and because you also get a sense of who to paint and illustrate your desired jewellery. In this book you also get a small list of materials that they recommend for the illustrations that they make.

I expected more - more regarding stone closure or how to make beautiful back side of jewelry, especially when lot of stones are in jewellry.But good basic info - thank you!

the only thing that disliked was that it came a little bit late ( about a month after i ordered it )the condition and generally the book is better than what i expected!

A simple yet informative reference giving a consistent and richly illustrated material on jewellery types and their manual color rendering. Highly advised for students.

Having used this book for 2 years, first as a student of jewellery design and now as a designer, I can only sing it's praises. The text is informative, instructive and leads you through basic design principles on to first renderings of basic rings and earrings. The renderings are explained step by step and are beautifully illustrated inspiring the reader on to further expanding the ideas and theories herein.
