Clatronic HDM 3420 - 2 in 1: manufacturer of hot dogs and egg boiler in one, white, 380 W

Bought this as a gift for my husband who loved it and now looking forward to trying it out with my grandchildren when they visit in the summer.

its ok but you need to eat the hotdogs as soon as they are cooked otherwise they split. it makes a great egg boiler though...perfect everytime...just make sure you use medium eggs and not large...if using large add a couple of minutes to the cooking time and add more water !!

As this is being sold on Amazon.co.uk, would anyone think it stupid to expect a British 3 pin plug? No? Neither would I. But you'd be wrong. This comes with a 2 pin plug, and therefore requires either a)an adaptor or b)removal of the 2 pinned plug and the fitting of the correct plug for the country it is sold in.So either sell it with the correct plug, the required adaptor, or make it clear that the plug is incorrect for use in the UK. Not impressed, as this was a present for my sister, and she hasn't been able to use it yet.

After reading the instructions....assembling the plug...discovering the lid handle was broken...finding the steamer section had run dry..after religiously adhering to notes...we settled for jam on toast and went to bed!
