Royal Jelly is something that all all young Ladies, should take on entering womanhood.
Royal Jelly was recommended by Dame Barbara Cartland many years ago, she was a great Lady for advising people on their health, I first read about Royal Jelly in a book she had written about Natural health, I can't remember the exact name, any way I was in late teens and decided to try it I kept perfect health, until my work as a Nurse became very heavy and i began to catch infections again so I took another course of Royal Jelly, there was a lot of 48 hour 'flu' going around at the time, I caught it for 6 hours only an can't recall other illnesses. I have just given 3 nurses a course each for Christmas, I advise every Lady to take it.

The vegetarian way.
The main thing is, a balanced diet but if you can take a supplement that you think you may be short of, then it's a good idea. Plus I believe, with these sort of supplements, if you believe that they are helping to do you good and to keep you in better health, then it's a cytological advantage.

I can’t find any expiration date on the bottle and have had a headache since I been taking
