Q: why does it take 10min to boil at full capacity when there are hundreds on the market that boil in less than 2 minutes?

Believe this kettle is meant to be able to stew Cantonese sweet soup, Chinese herbal tea, and other soup-like light dishes (or even boil eggs). For these, I personally want the ingredients to cook for a certain amount of time before heat is gone. In short, I also own BUYDEEM water heater which gives me just water at various pre-set temperatures within 30-45 seconds. But if I want home-made milk tea (black tea + milk + sugar for 40 minutes), I use this one. Hope this helps.
