I have been using this product for just over 2 years. I usually take 2 capsules a day. I can tell from blood sugar readings each day that it has had a great effect of approximately 10-15 points each morning only taking 2/3 of the recommended dosage. I actually open the capsule and put the cinnamon in my coffee, it's wonderful with a smooth taste. My mom has a blood sugar issue so I got a bottle for her as well .
