Ok,so this supplement actually works. For some it takes time. For my wife and I it was within a few hours after taking it. It keeps you going and the fact that it's organic it's a plus. My wife usually takes naps at noon after doing her morning routine, dropping off kids to school and cleaning. She was up and going all day, she was surprised that she did't have the need to take a nap. As for me, I work behind a desk in my office and usually take power naps. But these pills helped me be active and productive.i will buy more.

Awesome product make sure to look into how much you should take. And not what the bottle recommends 2,100mg is to much a day and can cause long term issues like liver issues. I always recommend looking into what the max dose for a person.

Pills are very large and it's hard to ignore the terrible taste. Your supposed to take 3 of these at a time....I can't do it. Been having one per day since I paid the money. I haven't gotten any benefits from this. Again....I'm not taking recommended dose bc it's pretty gross. Again see my first sentence.

It’s only been 2 days, idk how people are saying they don’t feel a difference. Within an hour of taking it my brain stopped being loud.It actually freaked me out. My “time blindness” from ADHD vanished. And I’m relaxed. Probably too relaxed LOLI haven’t even taken the recommended 3 capsules. The first day I took 2, today I only took 1. It works! Idk what kind of spell is on this root powder but it does something crazy just like CBD can relax you

The capsules quality is perfect 👌🏻, you will start to feel relief around 30-60 minutes after taking the ashwagandha if you are stressed definetly I recommend you, please try it.

I have bought a different brand and I believe it worked better. I’ve taken this for about a month now and I still have hot flashes. I don’t sleep. I just can’t tell that big of a difference. I think I’ll switch back to my other brand.
