A very nice creamy substance that feels soothing to the skin. Once applied, it enriches the skin to bring it back to its proper health. Seems to be very clean and nourishing for the skin. Though it can be a little on the oily side for those on the oilier side of the ph spectrum. Best for those with normal to dry skin. Especially good to use after exposure to the elements, such as a day at the beach or while skiing. Not only will it protect the skin during these times, but it will also help to heal the skin after exposure.It absorbs well, though you will notice that you're wearing a barrier type of moisture cream. Of course, that will have a lot to do with how much you have applied. Some may prefer to use lightly while others might have the need to go wild with this skin cream. The latter will end up with a bit of a dewy complexion, but if you go sparingly, you'll be fine. I've found that it helps to make my face look more radiant and healthy.Personally, I wasn't able to detect any sort of a scent. No irritations at all on my mature combination skin. It's very good for me on my drier days. The jar is easy to use and I've not experienced any issues with it at all.This is a moisture barrier skin cream that I would easily recommend to both women and men alike.

I like this moisturizer, it works well for my extremely dry eczema skin. That said, as one other reviewer mentioned, the tub comes with a huge complicated apparatus that's basically just a pump and doesn't really add anything useful. It would be just as effective to open a regular tub of product and scoop a little out with a finger, and the tub would be much smaller. I'll likely have to do that with this once I've used more than half of the cream anyway since the pump will likely stop pumping long before the product is gone. That's unfortunately how pumps work. This is also pretty expensive for only 1oz of product. I know I'm not impressed enough to buy more once I run out of what I have.

If you are the type that likes those sexy, luxurious, high end skin care products that smell amazing and cost a small fortune, you won't find that here. But if you want an unscented, no nonsense, super soothing moisturizer than actually makes your skin better, look no further than Medature PSL Repair Moisturizer. This stuff works!I spent a very cold and windy afternoon on the golf course recently. When I arrived home, my face was red and chapped from windburn and it hurt. I applied my regular moisturizer and my face got angry with stinging, burning, hot skin. I immediately washed everything off my face with cool water and my skin started to feel tight. A short time later as if on cue, Amazon arrived with Medature moisturizer to save the day. I unboxed the clinical looking blue and white jar and dispensed a small amount of lotion using the reimagined pump on the jar (awesome design, by the way!). I applied a tiny amount of the unscented product to my cheek and braced myself for the burn I experienced earlier. Instead, I felt a welcome, cool, soothing sensation and I eagerly applied more lotion to the remainder of my face. My face felt better instantly. Before bed, I applied another layer. When I woke up the next morning, my skin was still red but it didn't hurt and it felt moisturized. After a couple days, my skin returned to normal but it felt better than normal. It felt dewy and soft and it looked healthy.This one is a winner and earns my recommendation over those high end, fancy products. This is proven skin care.

This moisturizer comes in a small plastic container with a plastic cap that snaps in pace. There is no seal underneath the cap but one on the box. The cap is easy to take off and snap back on. The product is somewhat like a medium, creamy consistency. It does not absorb super quickly, but not too bad. Once fully dry, it did leave a tackiness on my face after which i did not like but it might not bother others as much.It has no scent at all that i can smell, so great for people with sensitive noses, or who do not like scented products on their face.I have dry, sensitive skin and had no redness, bumps or rashes, or any other negative reactions while using or even hours later.Overall, while it did definitely give my skin some much needed hydration, i just could not get over the tacky feeling, so for me personally, it is not something I would purchase in the future. It is good for 12 months after opening.

First off this lotion on its own made my skin(face and neck) feel like a baby! So soft I was shocked. I’m in my early 40’s and have extremely dry skin. This year I’ve been trying to take better care of it. I usually use a hyaluronic acid before my serums & lotions. But wanted to base this review off just this lotion. So night one I didn’t use any other products, just this lotion. It felt like the most amazing cream I’ve ever used(and I’ve used A LOT of them!). My face felt like a baby’s perfect soft moisturized skin. I was shocked actually. The next night I tried this with my hyaluronic acid under it & didn't enjoy it as much. My daughter tried her serum before the lotion and felt it piled on her face. I honestly loved it all on its own and will continue to use by itself. I’m amazed that one product can make my skin feel this good. The container is also a bonus, you just push down and plenty comes out in less than a full pump. I’m not the biggest fan of lotions in tubs where you dip your fingers or hand into each day adding bacteria. This packaging illuminates that problem. I will definitely be buying this again!

This is my favorite moisturizer. I have combo skin and it works great, and I've never been broken out with it. But it lasts me about a week and a half. The price point should reflect how many ounces you're getting and it doesn't.
