Great product, once pressure issue was resolved
Bought this for washing my dog, and its great - but only after you solve the problem of poor pressure.For whatever reason, it has a flow-restrictor fitted, which made it pretty much useless in my home until the restrictor was removed. It may be becuase they are normally sold into Hotels where they usually have high pressure pump systems, or it could be due to legislation in the US that requires them.Either way, unscrew the head at the SECOND ring back (you may need to grip it with something like a towel to be able to unscrew it), then you can easily remove the flow-restrictor inside.If the pressure is still too low for you, you can also remove the spray head aerator (the very front bit that splits the water into individual jets). Just lever it out with a small screwdriver and you will get a bit more pressure, at the expense of a prettier spray pattern.I've only removed the flow-restrictor & its fine for washing my little dog. Having this makes it a lot easier. I end up using a lot less water & less shampoo (as less ends up just getting washed away). Having a small spray head with good flow control also makes it easier for washing round his face.

Different spraying options are very good, good quality although still feeling light, ease of use, easy to install and pretty to look at.

Not a Good Product. Not after sales service.
Not a good product. I bought this in August 24. After 4 months, the shower stopped to work. I complained to the seller. However, there was no response. My money is totally wasted. I have never had a bidet sprayer that stopped working so quickly.

Useful for caravan
If you have a caravan then this is useful instead of the eco shower heads you often find. You can apply shower gel then quickly wash yourself as the pressure is high enough to get it done quickly without going through lots of water if you use the on/off on the head itself.

Effective Bidet
Its an effective Bidet giving you 2 modes however i find it does lack a bit of pressure which is why its 4 stars.
