A little bit of cooking oil on kitchen roll, just wiped around the inner surfaces and then put on heat to season the Potato Cooker.

Actually it's just under 5" with the lid closed

Q: how much does it weigh we need to transport to France in a case

We have just weighed the item - 2.55Kg

Q: Would you be able to show me a photo of cooked potatoes as i have tried numerous times on my stove to no avail just inedible

We have fund that it works well, but you need to leave it on there for 4-5 hours before the potatoes are cooked. We normally cook 2 large ones or 3 smaller ones.
