I have an ankle injury that causes my ankle to swell. I wear a women's size 10 and ordered an XL. I should have trusted the sizing on the product page, because a L would have been just perfect. I mainly put the wrap in the freezer, and it's so soothing to my ankle. I even traveled with this - it packs easily. I highly recommend it. Very comfy and conforming to the foot.

I wear a size 9 women's and have a narrow foot. This is really big for me.I wish it weren't because it would feel so nice on my ankle

I like the idea, but it doesn't stay cold for long

Not tight. Slides right on and stays put. Cold but not too cold. Soft and memory foam like material!

Keep looking. These are a disappointment. They don't stay cold long enough to do any good. You would need a dozen of these to go through one icing session.

I don't generally write reviews but this thing is a waste of money. It only stays cold for about 5 minutes. I guess it makes a good pocket to hold a real ice pack on my ankle but that's about it. Boo.

Papi as a gift for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. After a long, hard day of work on her feet she’ll come home and put one on each foot on each ankle and says that they help so much to reduce swelling of your ankles after a long, hard day of work.

Love the comfort of this ice pack on my ankles. It helped ease the pain on my ankle after a couple of uses.
