I had been taking the pre-conception men’s vitamin for about 4 months and we were successful! It was a great blend and I really enjoyed taking it. The downside was that it makes your urine hyper yellow and I had already exceeded their recommended use. So, when I had finished the bottle I had gone about 2 months with no multivitamin. Notably I realized I had some skin/nail changes for the negative. I started back on my old multi-vitamin which was fine, but no different than any regular one. I remembered there being this multivitamin as an option so I decided to give it a try. Well, it’s been great, especially with my skin and nails. I’ve been recovering from removing a small benign growth on my leg and though it had healed over some time ago, the skin with get dry and flakey, and the scar was prominent. In the two weeks since I’ve had it I’ve noticed marked improvements in how the wound/scar looks. It is smoother, flakes have gone down to near zero, the scar appears much better. Overall my skin has looked better, especially in the extremities, and my nails are looking good too. My energy has been good. Overall I would say they are effective (at least anecdotally). They are not too bad to swallow and those when are complaining about 2 pills vs 1 are silly. And with regard to value, many big name vitamins cost just as much. These guys work great and are definitely worth the value. I’ll update if anything changes, but so far I’ve been really enjoying this product.

This multi vitamin works for me.. I take it every day.

First off, the good.This does (as per the label) have just about all the stuff that your body needs to function and there's no funky taste or difficulty in swallowing it.Now for the bad.I'm a little curious as to why this needs to be two pills per day. I've had no small number of vitamins able to deliver with a single one, yet this makes you take two. If I had to speculate, I think it's probably something with the other extras in there to support manly functions, like beard growth. The fact that this bottle is only a single month supply is kind of a downer, as you can easily find bottles (moderately large) of several months of vitamins.Here's the real head-scratcher:I've not noticed any signs of improved manly power from taking this vitamin. If there are benefits then they are likely subtle and slow. But maybe they're not. As the label says, these things haven't been evaluated by the FDA.Maybe if you're really trying to regrow hair or something and you want to "get all the help you can get" this could be worthwhile. I think that for most customers it's probably not going to be worth it over standard multivitamins.

Had a pain in lower back from gall bladder , kidney area , stomach,righty side traveling down. Got stone breaker and pain vanished. Can cough and run again. Retired at 72!
