The media could not be loaded. On the BOBOVR M2 Pro Strap it fits beyond perfectly.Solid perfectly measured and with BASS mode on the sound in incredible. With the on-ear cup in use audio leakage is zero and with big cups there is a tiny bit.No ports are blocked and cables are to the millimetre and of good quality.Sound 9/10 - AmazingBuild 10/10 - PerfectValue 8/10 - A lot of money but worth it

Amazing
Was a bit unsure about getting these but can say they are amazing - very loud and fit perfect - the cinema mode is also very good and almost sounds like surround sound - the only downfall is the bobo headset with these attached does not fit my bobo case anymore due to size but im sure they will re-design the case to fit

Solid build quality and overall design, but sound quality was lacking.
EDIT: This is about the original BOBOVR A2 model, not the A2 Air.I found the build quality of these headphones to be quite nice and they slot onto my KiwiVR head strap securely without the need of any modifications. However, I found that the sound quality was muddy and had a rather narrow sound stage. Sounds felt less defined than with my experiences with other headphones. There was also this odd crackling and popping to the sound at lower volumes (i.e hovering over UI elements in the quest menu). One small oversight was with the mute function of the headphones; swivelling the drivers to where my ears are located often muted them, which meant that I would have to readjust how the headset was affixed to my head in order to get them to work.

Good sound but could be louder
The sound is fairly acceptable for this type of device and the comfort provided by two different types of ear muffs will suit most needs. I feel more available volume would have been nice because when listening to music, the Quest 2 often needs to be on full volume to fully enjoy the experience. I always like a bit of volume headroom on those occasions where high volume is a must. I think the inbuilt amplifier (if it amplifies at all) is merely to allow for the four different, pre-set equalisation modes, which in my opinion are not very good, but does require the inbuilt battery to be charged for this extra feature.A couple of other gripes with the unit. If you select a mode of operation other than "Basic", it would be nice if your choice was remembered when you next power on the device, rather than default back to "Basic".Secondly, the "Cinema" mode plays around with the phasing of certain frequencies and attempts some form of spatial stereo. Unfortunately this totally messes up the left and right channels and if your app offers directional sounds as part of the VR experience, then with "Cinema" mode all directional support has gone and all sounds appear central on the sound stage. For example, watching a movie in the "Bigscreen" app, the sound from all other users will be from the same central point or both left and right simultaneously. For me, "Cinema" mode offered nothing and only detracted from the overhaul experience. Finally, some sort of USB passthrough (or adaptor) would have been nice to allow a single charger to be used to charge this device and the Quest 2 at the same time.My final thoughts is that this item is too expensive for the sound quality it provides. There are better headphones out there than can be used with the Quest 2 that will provide better sound, even without any active amplification. These are not for me I'm afraid.

Disappointing low level hum /crackle in the background
I have bought every BoboVr product and was looking forward to this one as it would save me the effort of having to carry round a set of headphones all the time, however once fitted and used they seemed to have a low level hum or crackle going on which was really annoying, i don't consider myself an audiophile however for £80 i would at the least expect a clear sound from them. This is the third item in a row from BoboVR I have bought that has issues the C2 case had a dent and the pro charging strap was faulty and had to be returned, it seems the quality control at Bobo is a bit lacking at the moment. For anyone interested they won't fit in the C2 case amd you have to remove the D2 charging dock adaptor to plug the charging cable in.Ive ordered a second one to see if its any better.Second pair weren't any better

Audio quality not as good as reviews say
After watching a few youtube reviews of these headphones, I was excited to get them as soon as they were back in stock. After they arrived, attaching them to the BoboVR headset was simple and the solution was quite neat. The first thing I did was immediately go to Youtube on the Quest to hear what they sounded like with music. To my disappointment the sound signature did not match the reviews I'd seen. The sound is muddied, there is a bid too much high bass, and there seems to be a hump in the midrange at about 1k which makes the sound plastic and scratchy. The high ends drop off as well, so the overall sound is not an improvement over the stock speakers. There's also lots of hiss, and quieter sounds cut in and out like theres some deformed dolby involved, not to mention the obvious noses from electrical interference being picked up.Quite disappointed.
