This set takes some getting used to, but it's a great product. Good suction, keeps contact. I think those who complained just want to get it going immediately, but it takes practice to get the feel of it. It also works differently on different parts of the body. Also, someone was upset that it got dirty -- it's using suction to do it's job, so it's going to suck up dead skin, dirt, oil... And, you need to clean them after every use - don't use rubbing alcohol, it will dry the material and could cause cracking. Always make sure your skin is not broken (no cuts or pimples) or it will make them worse. Also, use something to lubricate the skin - I like coconut oil, people use different things. Make sure you're warm as well... Also, bruising is normal, but if you already have issues with broken capillaries you might not want to use this because it will worsen. Anyway, this is a good product if you understand how to use it. Read the instructions, then watch a couple videos explaining how to use them. Cupping is so beneficial, but only if you do it correctly, especially when it comes to cupping for lymphatic drainage.

You get what you pay for. I have several set of cups. I really wanted to try the facial cups. There is only one that stays attached to my face and I have clients that I do cupping sessions for. So I know what I’m doing as an integrated healing arts practitioner

I was a little skeptical when I first got these because they do not "feel" like they create as much suction as other cupping sets I have used. As a result, I left them on my face longer than I normally would...and now I have very dark and very defined purple circles on my face. So they definitely work, even when they don't maybe seem like the suction is that strong. Now I'm glad I work from home, because I think I would get a lot of very awkward questions otherwise! Anyway, they are a little harder to use than other types of cups I've used in the past, but this set is so affordable and the quality seems to be fine, so I can't really complain.

Great for cupping the traditional chinese way, helps with blood circulation and overall health. Come in a set neatly packed, with detailed instructions in English. One instruction in chinese can be easily translated with google translate pic. Nice complete set.

I was so excited to receive this product as I love anything skincare related. I purchased a facial cupping class on Udemy and was ready to get started. The size was perfect and it it worked amazingly well with the saud tutorial. I look forward to seeing my results in 4-6 weeks. And the bonus was the 2 body cupping tools. They really worked to loosen my tight muscles around my shoulders and neck. You might want to look up proper acupoint if you're unfamiliar with body cupping. Overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

The plastic is too hard. It’s too difficult to get the suction to hold and stay in place

Bought this set for my fiancé who’s never done cupping before and it works great! He is now totally addicted lol the suction last long and the bruises last about a day or two after a 5 min session. Very nice and would highly recommend! The container is also very nice so I’m buying another one for Christmas!
