RIEDEL Vinum Syrah/Shiraz Wine Glass Set of 2

Riedel is *the* name in wine glasses and these are great. Not too fragile (I haven't broken one yet anyway..) but a lovely delicate feel. Perfect size and weight. Really makes a difference to the flavour of the wine too, was very surprised!

These glasses are the tops ! They are fine lead Crystal - machine made. Stronger than their delicate appearance would lead you to believe. (For thickness read thinness!) And they certainly help bring out the best in the various grape varieties. In this case- Shiraz.

Exactly what I needed and enhances the flavour of the wine.

These are very good quality but much too big

Replacement glass. Only downside is you have to buy a set of 2. I'd managed to break one of the set, but couldn't get a single replacement so now have 3! Great glasses though...

I have been through quite a few Riedel glasses now and I need to alert people to something that seems to go amiss here and hopefully the brand listen.These are FAR too thin. I’ve broken one, my partner has broken one my family have broken some. They smash with the slightest bit of trauma. You could flick these and they break. Serious. The thinness is just madness here. It’s a jokeThe volume is great and the wine tastes all the better for it but you spend your time paranoid about even the wine potentially breaking it just by the surface impact whilst pouring from the decanter.If the price was lower these would be fine at £10 perGlass but as it stands, what seems like a great purchase will eventually turn into red tears.
